These terms govern your use of halloo.ai, a voice-agent automation service operated out of Delhi, India. By signing up, you agree to them.
The service
halloo.ai provides software that lets you configure voice agents to place and receive phone calls on your behalf. We provide the platform; you provide the contact lists, scripts, and compliance with applicable telecom regulations (TRAI's UCC rules, DPDP, consumer-protection law).
Acceptable use
- No outbound calls to numbers on India's NDNC registry without explicit consent.
- No fraud, impersonation, or wire-fraud-adjacent flows.
- No collection of UPI PINs, OTPs, full card numbers, or other secrets.
- No calls outside the agent's stated time window without the recipient's consent.
We may suspend service immediately if we detect abuse. Suspensions are reviewed within one business day.
Billing
Subscriptions billed monthly in INR. Per-call telephony and dispatch costs billed at cost plus a transparent markup, itemised in your monthly invoice. Cancel any month with 7 days' notice.
Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Growth and Scale plans. Starter plans run on shared infrastructure with best-effort uptime.
Liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
